Michelle Flanagan is a Third Party Assistant Nurse Administrator in Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey’s Basking Ridge office. When she isn’t coordinating patient care, she loves to sit down with a good book and build on her already extensive Pinterest account.

Michelle Flanagan was introduced to the nursing profession by a close family friend when she was just a teenager. She immediately became enamored with the field and decided that she wanted to go to school to become a nurse.

Michelle attended Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, N.J., and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. When she graduated she entered the field as a medical surgical nurse at a local hospital in Montclair, N.J. She later joined Reproductive Medicine Associates of New Jersey after being introduced to the field of reproductive medicine by a colleague.

She serves as the Third Party Assistant Nurse Administrator at RMANJ’s Basking Ridge office. Michelle assists patients in coordinating their fertility care while also supporting the nurses on the Third Party team.
